periods and leg pain

Does anyone ever get leg pain before their period - mine get so sore

Hiya, My legs hurt before and during my periods. mainly my calves, it can get very painful but a hot water bottle eases the pain xxx

Hi Bab,
I get dragging pains in my inner thighs. Its horrible but luckily only last a day or two.

I use to get knee ache (I also get knee ache if I am tired).

I do too and also get it around the time I ovulate!

I get aches in my thighs just before my period is due.

I get a nasty ache in my inner thighs and sometimes twitches in them the first couple days of my period. Every once in awhile it will radiate to the outside of my thighs and spread lower down toward my knees. Sometimes my knees will feel "warm" around this time. This started happening a few years ago. I've been to the gyno a couple times and apparently it's just hormones. I wouldn't worry too much unless it gets a lot worse, starts happening at other times, or is causing pain so severe you can't do your daily routine. I mean really -can't- do it.. not just "you don't want to" because it aches. ;)
