tight chest,breathin problems, and like a wierd pain

Ive just recently started getting this thing where my breathing feels wierd my chest goes tight and have a wierd pain there in my chest anyone get simalar things?

Hi there, I can totally relate to these symptoms. I have suffered for PA'S for years, seem to come & go depending on how stressed I am. At present my stress levels are very high. I usually wake up feeling fine but on some days I get that tingly, tight feeling in my chest & I feel anxious, my heartrate is also faster than usual. I do try to breathe deeply, using my diaphragm, breathin out slowly through pursed lips. It is always reassuring when we know that others experience the same or similar symptoms!

I have EXACTLY the same symptoms.. it's not what i call a pain in my chest but a very wierd feeling wich makes me feel very panicky then my heart starts racing...I have had it all evening and have been getting myself in a bit of a state so it's reasurring coming on here knowing someone else has the exact symptoms.. and my stress levels have been very high these last few weeks.. x
