Hey Everyone, I used to belong to the old site which was a LONG time ago lol. My panic and anxiety are very bad but i really want to try and get off my meds and stop using them as a crutch. They really control my life and i can't stand it. Hopefully I will get some good advice and help here.... well i know i will because i did on the old site =) i'm very glad to be back.
