Noob here

Hello everybody,

My name is Brian, and while I've dealt with depression for most of my teenage/adult life, panic is rather new to me. Started upon the tapering of my antidepressants. I'm hoping that I can learn from others and maybe help some other people.

Anyhow, I'll keep this short, so see you out there in the rest of the forums!

Hi Brian, welcome to nmp, you will find lots of support here and find so many people who understand what you r going through. i battled dep myself yrs back and was on prozac for a year, i found exercise was my life saver really and got me off the meds. it was the last thing i wanted to do but i would exercise for half hour every day in doors even just jogging on spot and it would release so much anger and upset etc etc.

after about a month i started to feel more postive and motivated and i finally got out the house and started power walking, i never been on meds since and still walk everywhere, i dont have dep anymore but do suffer anxiety.
