Just wondered if anyone feels like this.
Basicly ive had HA for a couple of years now but i found the last couple of months i cut my smoking down to 2-3 a day due to fear of it killing me instantly and i also think twice about what i eat due to fear of weight issues i.e high blood pressure etc.
And i also take the stairs now (live in block of flats) because i read on here cardio exercise is good at eliminating some symptoms because of the similarities to panic attacks during exercise.
Just thinking lately all this HA is slowly making me HEALTIER.:yesyes:
anyone feel the same????
P.S Not had a full blown panic attack in over a month just the usual worring thoughts.
