hi guys

I have been doing really well- not had a panic attack in months :) still get anxiety spells and have the occasional wobble but nothing like i was

My problem is i cant stop worrying and being nervous

I dont even know what i am worrying about- i have just been given a promotion in work and i am supposed i am worried that i cant do it

My stomach is constantly like a washing machine, my ibs has been playing up- ive lost a lot of weight and just feel drained- i dont honestly know what to do to control my nerves or these silly thoughts i keep having- can anyone help
