jelly legs and heartbeat

for the last few days i have been having very strange feeling in my legs, like they feel a bit shaky though not outwardly showing. they just feel generally weak. along with this i am more aware of my heart beat when this happens. i feel like i will collapse sometimes. does it sound like anxiety?

i kept getting a really weak feeling around christmas time and i was scared . my legs would just feel suddenly very strange, sort of like when you get butterflies in your tummy but in my legs!
at other times my upper body would feel like it too often when i was sat at the table eating. i dont think it must be anything other than anxiety because mine went away for months before i had it again recently.
