eyes blur

can dry eyes cos tired sleepy and eyes to be blur, can't focus well, not sharp enough, esp in the sun. and can eyestrain cos blury eyes? ihate it when ihave this blury eyesight. my head also felt a bit light. what could have been happening, i hate all of this symptoms. it is stressing me, how to keep cool, my eyes do feel so so sleepy and i keep yawning and cant' see things well. the whole of 2 days i hv been hving blury eyesight.

If you have glasses that you haven't been wearing (like me) then it may be that your eyes are tired from straining to see, and when they get tired they relax, causing your vision to be a bit blurry.
anxiety about your blurry vision could have tipped off the lightheadedness, so it's important to keep calm and remember that the symptoms will go away when you can keep your mind off them (difficult, I know)
try a cool shower, or drink lots of cool water, maybe use an ice pack on your neck and head, i know how the heat can make things worse.
