Terrified :'(

So I had a sigmioscopy thing, where they insert a camera up your bottom, and they took biopsies. Iv been suffering anal and rectal pains, and from having the sigmioscopy done, they said Ibs, but that was a week ago, and they said the biopsies take a week to come back, now im in a panic about the results. Im dreading the postman coming tomorrow :'( I won't let myself Google anal cancer, or rectal, but does anybody else think there would have been more visable symptoms or anything, other than just my pain? I feel so sick with worry, and I have had the procedure :( bleh, I hate this :'(

I have replied to all your previous posts and tried to give you the facts!

We just don't know what is wrong with you until you get the results.

Yes it could be IBS or crohn's or diverticulitius or Celiac or nothing

You have to wait for the diagnosis but trust me if it was cancer or something they would have told you straight away.

I am thinking it is IBS and that is treatable

It is not life threatening and you have to trust us when we say that ok?
