Hi to all,
was prescribed fluoxetine 20mg over 10 months ago for high level of anxiety with OCD traits, continued to take this during my pregnancy was absolutely fine throughout. Following the birth of my son began to have a blip with the above and was told to increase dose to 40mg first few weeks got some side effects which went, felt great for following 2-3 weeks. Now I've hit the six week mark feel my anxiety has increased somewhat, not unamanageable but not pleasant - jittery mainly. just wondering if I could be feeling this way in part due to the increase in meds and reaching the 6 - 8 week mark where the meds begin to reach a new therapeutic level. sleep appetite continue to be unaffected?
any other experiences of people increasing dose would be helpful.
