first day out without meds

oh god, today im gonna go into the city with my boyfriend, go shopping for a while and then view some student accomodation for next year. kind of nervous but im remembering what i was taught. hopefully i'll be ok, wish me luck!!

hey guys just dropping into say all went really well. was really nervous for all the journey and had to take 1 lexotan BUT... i walked and shopped in town for 3 hours - stood in a crowded area looking at a demo for 10 mins - ate ice cream and even went into a roasting hot dressing room and tried clothes on! wahooooo!
