I don't post on here that often,but with MJ tragic death i want to say that i also lost a loved one in my family about 1 yr ago.it was unexpectedly.i also suffer from anxiety,but i also know that life is too short, so i try to live my life to the fullest.which it not easy at times. thanks for listening:flowers:

Hi Castle

I have lost loved ones and I know how difficult it is to get over the loss but you are right, life is to short and we do have to make the most of what we have. I am just beginning to see that even with anxiety I can still enjoy life and we must not let it stop us doing the things we want to do.
