Chest pain and panic...

I have occasional shooting pain just under my breastbone and radiating up my chest. Part of me is concerned that it's my heart and I'm about to drop dead. The rest of me thinks it's heartburn and I know I'm prone to acid reflux. While the logical part of me knows that there is nothing wrong, the pain is very real and frightening, because even though I know I have problems with anxiety I can't stop thinking 'What if this time it's not just anxiety'?

How do I stop thinking like this, about every little thing? :(

try not to worry, sounds like heartburn and general anxiety. i get this a lot. try to ignore or try some relief like gaviscon:)

Ok it is not the heart - I know that for sure.

It is probably anxiety and that causes heart pains.
