is anyone else finding the HEAT unberable. am stuck in an office with no ac, no fans and massive windowns, am breathing really shallow and uncomfortable.

i I'm the same i was cleaning my van out to day and all of a sudden i could not breath i was thinking about heart attacks etc iv-not been same since when i get hot I'm going into some kind of half panic

It has been pretty hot in London and the heat makes my anxiety worse.

It also makes me so cranky and angry!!!

I think anything stressful makes your anxiety worse,,,

YES! i cannot stick the heat, but thankfully in ireland is raining ..wahoo!
