Hi hope someone out there can let me know what CBT level or stage 3 is???
My doctor sent me for an initial assessment with a counciler and we chatted for an hour about my depresion and Anxiety about things that have happened and the problems and fears i have on a daily basis..
And now i have had a phone call saying that i will be getting put forward for CBT level/stage 3 and should here by post shortly..
Can anyone explain what stage 3 CBT is???
