My name is Tammy,I am fairly new here. I am 43 years old.I suffer from anxiety/panic attacks,depression,GAD,ptsd,phobias.I have never learned how to deal with any of these things.I go to therapy and I start EMDR therapy Thursday. Looking to make some penpals/msn pals.
