Hello everyone,
My name is Tammy,I live in Lancaster county Pennsylvania. I am 43 years old. I suffer from anxiety/panic attacks,depression,GAD,PTSD,phobias. I have had alot of bad days this past month but getting stronger each and everyday. I look forward to being able to ome into the chat room as I love to chat.

What exactly is the therapy you're going to as I've not heard of it?

Hello Louis,
I am going to be having EMDR therapy which is eye movement therapy.It helps alot with anxiety/panic and pstd as well as phoibas.
