Anxiety with the heat

Does anybody find this heat unbearable? It's really uncomfortable and humid and I get panicky and find it hard to breathe.

I've been getting chest pains in worry and fearing I will pass out, low sugar needing sweet cravings and struggling to sleep.

Yeah this heat is horrid. I have chronic hyperventilation syndrome and when my breathing gets bad my panic gets terrible too - and the last three days I have had shocking breathing - literally feeling air hunger all day and night long - with permanent pins and needles in my hands. It is awful.

I just keep trying to tell myself it is just the heat and there is a reason i feel so bad - it doesn't always calm me down though!

am so relievd am not the only one!its so hot i feel like my nostrils cant take in air and i am breathing through a rock on my chest. i cant catch up with my breath for 2 days. in response to this my ribs are in lots of pain.
ur not alone!!!!i guess we ar lucky that we dont really have respiratory problems, ashtma copd cause they would be really suffereing in this heat...

I was just posting to sMint about the heat..I have had an adversity to heat

all my life. Since I was a child I have not been able to take it. The times in

my life that I had anxiety were always in the summer time. So take care

and realize you aren't alone.. Stay cool and don't worry..
