Breathlessness and feeling of blocked nose

Cant believe that after almost 4 years of GAD, i thought i got over this pathetic symptom, but i havent obviously.

Woke up after 45 min afternoon nap in total exaustion, in panic, wobbly head, and etc.

Started spinning with anxiety over and over and now feeling that my noise even got smaller that i cant breath and that my chest is very tight.

Deep inside o knwo that it is anxiety, but on uface still believe that soemthing is seriously wrong like maybe a heart attack or soemthing similar.

Is it possible to have this symptom after i didnt have for a long time??

I have gone months without a particular symptom only to have it pop up for no reason. Waking is the worst time for me. You will be fine. Don't feel bad about posting, we are all in it together.

i feel like this now but only down the right side all the way from my nose to chest and back. !!!

I've felt like this for the past few days.
It's horrible, i've had hardly any sleep and feel so bad. I'm so close to just going to the hospital...
