Try not to get too anxious about this. I sat in a room with a teacher whose school was closed due to an outbreak of swine flu and although I must admit I was a little anxious I decided that i could just as easily get it from someone in the supermarket! The symptoms are mild (as far as I am aware) and if you are normally fit and healthy you really have nothing to worry about.

To be honest i'm tired of worrying about it, i've exhausted myself for years worrying about my health, i now feel if its gonna happen and you get it you do. Yes of course this effects my anxiety, but seriously 'what can we do' The rest of the country are in the same predicament, all 60 million of us, i am sure that others who don't suffer from anxiety still worry about what is happening. My advice is do what u can to keep your hands clean, and keep to basic hygiene levels. Of course in worse case at least the Uk is well equipped with anti viral medication.
