Hello everyone
My name's Charlotte, I'm 20 and I live in France. I was diagnosed with OCD about two years ago, and although I take medication and have been having CBT, I don't seem to have made any progress.
I found this website through the charity No Panic. I hope that I can make myself useful on the forums, and that I can help in some way!
