My son is ill before we go away, typical!

My 5 year old son woke this morning saying he had tummy ache and his back hurts. Just taken his temp and it is 37.8, he does feel abit hot to touch.

My sis said her son was sick on Monday night out of the blue but she said he seemed fine afterwards no fever or anything, she popped in Wednesday unexpectedly. I am hoping it isn't something off him, my mum tried to make out he had sunstroke.

I am so not happy, this happens to us every year we go away. Last year R had an infection down below the day before we went to France and had to go to the OOH GP for antibiotics. The year before, we went to Disneyland and we spent 48 hours in the bedroom because my eldest son was so unwell with a virus. Why is it other people can plan a holiday and it all go to plan???http://www.baby-greenhouse.co.uk/smilies/sad.gif

Sorry just feeling sorry for myself here, not sure what to do, would you still go? with having 3 I just know it is going to get them all, it always does. If I had just the one I would't be worrying about going because he would probably be better by Tuesday. I just don't believe our luckhttp://www.baby-greenhouse.co.uk/smilies/mad.gif

It happens to us every year and now I am dreading going away. My anxiety peaks every time we go on holiday since our eldest was very poorly on a holiday to France so this has made me feel worse:-(
