I'm new here so I thought I should introduce myself. I'm in my early twenties and for many years now, since childhood according to my mother, I have been very anxious about my health (and that of my family). However, since leaving university last summer things have started to get rather out of control - and I now want to get a grip on them. I've joined this forum because I'd like to share my thoughts and feelings with people who understand, and hopefully I'll be able to help others in some small way too.
In addition to the health anxiety, I also have more generalised anxiety from time to time. Anxiety seems to run in my family.
Looking forward to getting to know some of you.
