hello, hope u have found some people to talk to on here, i have just joined and im just looking through peoples posts,its a comfort to know im not alone! i am the only one with anxiety in my family,so its hard for them to understand, i am hoping that i find some likeminded people on here to talk to. i am trying to gain control again of my nerves, and i know its going to be a long journey!!!! best wishes,carli x
