i always feel so dizzy,light headed forever,i thought maybe is adrenal fatigue, and that 3 mornings i feel so dizzy when i wake up from sleep that i can't stand, maybe hypotension ...but maybe not. maybe i guess could be too tired or sleepy, each time i wake up at 6am i feel so so drowsy sleepy dizzy and light head. could that be why i got dizziness? i am so confuse now. tdy i wake up at 6am wow feel so dizzy again, the whole day. how to survive whole day @work like this?
