Numbness!

Hello all. I have been experiencing numbness in the face, hands and occasionally feet. Now I do have anxiety issues and have suffered from numbness in the past but what concerns me this time is the numbness has lasted for about eight days now while in the past my numbness has cleared up in a day or two. I am starting to get worried, thinking I have some awful disease or something. Does anyone have some advice or know what might be wrong with me?
