Hey guys
Well I posted here a few days about drinking and then the racing heart the day after.
I had the doctors today and quizzed her, and this is what she said:
She said alcohol and cigarettes are the most common cause of rapid heart rate, that its a nuisance. She did say that she would like me to try and get to the Doctors when an episode happens so they can hook me up onto the ECG machine, but it only happens at the weekend if I drink/smoke and my docs are closed.
I think its a combination of alcohol, then I get panicked, so my heart gets faster, and before you know it viscious circle. Am trying not to get obsessed with my heart and think rationally. (what a HA person thinking rationally LOL)
