body beating

Hi all,wondering if anyone can explain why my body feels like its pumping
when i lie down.It feels like my body is beating all over,i am very anxious at the moment and need reasurance what this is and if anyone else suffers with it. How can i stop this.Thanks in advance. :hugs: Tracy

yep i get that i think its some sort of palpitaion caused by your anxiety. The only thing i can suggest is control your breating count 7 in and 11 out and that seems to help

I get this too Tracy. I had it at work yesterday, I was sat in my chair and it felt like my whole body was moving in rythym to my heart beat, I could acutally see my body moving. Very wierd but it passed. Hopefully it does for you too.
