Hi everybody my name is Emma, I have just come across this website and I am so glad! I was beginning to think there was something seriously wrong with me what with my brain shivers and heart attack like symptoms!
I have been to my docs and he has said its just anxiety but I kept thinking it was something much more sinister!
Anyway nice to meet you all and hopefully this board will come in handy to me for advice!
