Hi, I've not been on here for quite a while........but worries are back :shrug:. I had a scare a bit ago about twitchy muscles, saw neurologist, had tests, he said all ok. But now I get weird feelings in my head and forehead - feels like the muscles are moving, but can't see any movement. It's very odd and scary. Like a shaking feeling...get a bit lightheaded too. I know panic does queer things and am trying to ignore it, but it's hard, especially when it's the first thing I notice waking up and last thing going to sleep. Happens any time of day too. Anyone know what this is like? Please?!
