I think this is an anxiety attack

this evening about an hour ago i was sitting happily and all of a sudden i had that familiar feeling suddenly like i couldnt fill my lungs and that i had to go somewhere else. I went and sat down in the bedroom for a while which normally calms things down. and i feel a bit better but i have been left with this awful pins and needles feeling in my left arm and shoulder!
it isnt painful just irritating and im aware of it my neck feels stick down that side

is this part of the anxiety? its starting to scare me!

Better late than never.

I am sure it is nothing to worry about. The instant hit of adrenalin when you have a fearful thought causes allsorts of symptoms including pins and needles.

Worry not I feel it will be gone soon.
