Dull ache in chest

Hi All,

I keep getting this dull ache and I can't decide if its in my breast or if its a cardiac problem..

Anyone else experience this, would like your opinions..

Dull ache is not cardiac

More like stress and anxiety

You need to do relaxation and stretches too.
