hi i was just wonderin if anybody suffers with headaches ,iv had 1 for nearly 2 days also my neck is aching does anybody elses neck ache or feel stiff juring a head ache ,im really worried

I get headaches with neckache, I've had then last anything from 2 - 6 weeks before so don't worry.

This is quite common and I once had a headache for nearly a week and thought it can't be normal but it did go. You may be tensing the muscles in your jaw as well which won't help.

If you get one then a massage will really help ease the tenseness.

Yep, Hanna--me too. One of my most common symptoms. I have headaches, neck aches and shoulder aches. Sometimes my neck and shoulders get sooooo stiff that I can barely turn my head! Hang in there--

I often get headaches and a stiff neck.I think it may be made worse by my poor posture and when i sit at the computer.

Hi Hanna,
Funny I just posted in the Health section. I just came back from the Chiropractisioner and had my neck cracked. it was out really bad and I couldn't bear the pain or worry.
My neck does lead to headaches that regular pain killers don't help with.

The neck is the main source,
