Feeling postitive

Hi all,

Just a note to say I have started to feel better lately. Am losing the depersonalization. Do still get it occasionally and it frightens me coz I think its gonna come back full time.

Am taking vitamin b and evening primrose which is helping.

Im starting to see a bit of light at the end of the tunnel and Ive done it with no meds!

I just hope the progress continues.
