eyes blury

today whole day my eyes feel so blury , i can't focus or see things clearly all so blur, is thisnormal, i do have sleepy very sleepy eyes, a bit dry and tired. could that be the reason what will help? thanks. i hate this blury eyes it panic andscared me.

Have you been to the opticians lately to get your eyes checked? If you haven't, then you should.:)

When you say blurry, do you mean there's like a film over your eyes & you have to keep blinking to try & get rid of it? I have this sometimes when I am very tired.

It could also be a condition called 'Dry eyes', & you can get some drops from the pharmacy.

I find too long on the computer makes my eyes sore and blurry. I also use eye drops and try not to spend too long on the computer without a break.. Do you wear glasses at all? Sue
