iv just had a great idea
im having cbt atm and for the ones that are waiting i want to share with u has i go along

my first session was how did the phobia affect my life
i told him how i self harmed and tried to overdose on anti sickness meds
how i struggle to bond with my children also
and i struggle to eat the right foods and go places

the second session was teaching me how to deal with my symptoms of panic which made my anxitey alot worse

so try this guys its helped for me get a small paper bag or a sandwhich bag place it round ur nose and mouth so it covers
then take 6 deep breaths then on ur last deep breath ....breath it into the bag and then breath into the bag till ur panic and bad thoughts go
if this helps u please let me no has it has helped me in some ways

Paper bags should be in everyone's bag - ideal for panic attacks

paper bags are hard to find these days unless ur in the united states
but i found that large sandwhich bags help me

Well it shouldn't be a plastic bag really.

My local shop uses paper bags for veg and rolls and I always get one when I pick up prescriptions.

I tried the paper bag thingy years ago but hadn't understood what I was supposed to do. In the middle of a panic at home I just had it covering my mouth and was frantically breathing in and out and nearly flaking out from hyperventilating lol!:blush: But, when you use the paper bag the RIGHT way it's great isn't it!!!
