Hi there,

I've been viewing this site for a while now & have plucked up the courage to introduce myself!

I'm Becky, i'm 36 and have had anxiety all my life but the last 10 years i've also had social anxiety, IBS, Health anxiety, panic attacks....... (the list goes on!!)

Just wanted to chat with people who may have a little understanding of what i'm feeling
