Hi all,
As I try to move forward with my recovery I find that I have made negative associations to places and possibly people. Whenever I come into my room I feel upset and anxious -- however I realised today that this tends to happen when I look at my bed. I have had so many bad morning anxiety attacks I now associate my room and specifically being in bed with feeling bad.
I seem to be getting over some of my negative associations but being in certain rooms or places still unnerves me.
Has anyone found a way to successfully get over their negative associations? Anything you can tell me will be useful.
Thanks!
