I've been reading this forum for months now, but today I finally decided to join in and introduce myself. I'm 35 years old and have been suffering from anxiety and depression for two years now. Although I think I've been more or less anxious all my life!
I've found this forum very helpful, especially now that my symptoms are worse than in a long time... I'm on no medication at the moment (except for Rescue Remedy) and I quit my therapy a couple of months ago (didn't get along with my therapist at all...). This summer heat seems to make make me even more anxious!
