Ringing in my head/ears

Hi,

had this for about a week now. Felt slighlty under the weather earlier in week with aches and pain, but didnt actually feel ill. Totally fine now, but the ringing still there and if anything a little worse.

Had my ears syringed about a year back.

Reckon it could be wax again??

I sometimes sounds from my head but i think mostly my ears. Also a pressure from my ears and sometimes my head.

Could it just be ear wax?? Stress??

well ive had about 3 hours sleep tonight. Ringing ineither ear and i feel pressure in my ears too.

Would that suggest tinnitus or an ear infection?:unsure::shrug:

Could be either or neither. I have had ringing in my ears for the better part of my life. It comes and goes.. pretty sure its associated with the weather,or sinus or allergies..Try to ignore it..It almost drove me out of my mind the first
year or so, but now I barely notice it.. Especially since I hear my heart most of the time ...lol

Ive had it for about a week now. If i lie on my left side I hear it more on that side but if i lie on my right, its more pronounced there too. Could it be fluid behind my ears?

Would some decongestant like sudafed help?

Its more pronounced now than when it started. HELP!! :(
