Hi everyone,
I have been searching around this forum for some weeks now and I have found some brilliant advice which has been a great help to me. THANKS...:D

I have never posted anything on a forum before so be patient with me while I get to grips with things.
I think I will start by telling you all a bit about myself, I am 32, I live with my partner and three wonderfull children my life was great until just over 2 years ago when I had my first PA (well now I know it was a PA) at the time I thought I was about to die and yes you guessed I ended up in A&E infact I have been there 3 times now until my doctor said it was anxiety and put me on meds firstly SEROXAT then ZISPIN and finally DOSULEPIN none of them really helped so now I dont take any, I just try and keep busy with work and my family and I find this helps, well the anxiety never really goes away it just seems to lurk in the background waiting to strike. Well thats a bit about me before I go Iwould like to ask everyones opinion about my latest symptom for the last 5 weeks I have been suffering with constant dizziness its there from when I get up to when I go to bed my doctor is refering me to ENT as he feels it could be a problem with my inner ear but after reading some posts on here I think it could be part of my anxiety what do you think and has anyone else suffered constant dizziness from morning to night without it easing PLEASE let me know

Well thats me for now if I have made any mistakes please let me know we all know that we learn from them

LOVE TOO ALL

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.
How big is your gallery ?

welcome to this forum Maccar you will find lots of help here. I am also new myself and have found this site a huge help and relief. I have only had pa/anxiety for about two months now but like you i suffer from the lightheaded dizzy spells that seem to last for hours.
