View Full Version : defining anxiety
Hi, I dont really suffer from panic attacks and rarely have trouble with breathing heart beats etc. My main problem is feelings that nothing is real. When somoene talks to me i can never concentrate as im conscious of going red etc and im very scared of the thought of death. Im very paranoid and obsessive about things. Does this sound like anxiety, does anyone else have these feelings without panic attacks. Makes me feel like it is a mental disorder,

Hi there,
Yes I suffer from that, I call it GAD....or my doctor seems to think it is. I don't really panic as such it is more general state of worrying and being on edge.
First Anxiety...then panic attacks...now GAD and depression

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.
