What is this??

Ok so I first noticed this a few year ago. Sometimes it feels like I have a small numb patch near the top of my back and feels almost like some one is poking me in the back but it doesn't hurt.
I have noticed it is only really there during my periods of anxiety and it does come on alot if I get stressed
Does anyone think this is just anxiety??

It sounds like it petal but if you are still worried go see your gp and explain..if it has been there for a few years then I don't think it is anything drastic xxxxx
