White spots on my palms

Not a big thing but I was just wondering if anyone knew what they were.

Their just like white marks/round dots all over my palms and underneath of my fingers.

Their not always there. they just appear from time to time.

Cant find any information on them, So any insight would be great.

Are they dry blisters that peel??? I have had this on and off for about 20 yrs and it has been put down to eczema ( sorry can't spell it) - fungal infection and allergy!! Whatever it is it eventually goes away on its own but comes back on and off. YOu could try an anti fungal cream then if that doens't work a hydrocotrisone cream but don't try one that combines all of them or you won't know whats worked:)

Like underneath the skin. Kind of like the skin pigment. Id take a picture of it but its hard to see on a camera ha.

yes I get this whan it is a certain temperature. I think its perfectly normal.

if you're talking about a sort of luncheon meat/spam type complexion (thats what it reminds me of, funny, lol) then yes its normal, as the other poster said, its a body temperature thing, commonly seen in this kinda summer heat, which we dont get much so you wouldnt be used to it lol!
