I have been a member since 2/08,I don't believe I have ever introduced myself. My name is Renee and I am 29 years old living in the States. I was diagnosised with GAD almost 7 years ago. I have come to the conclusion however, I believe I have Health Anxiety. I can not say enough great things about this website, it is definitely my safe haven. Everyone I have ever come in contact with in the chats have been so helpful in my time of need and fear. They always find the right words to say to calm me down. It is nice to know that there are people out there experiencing the same thing and I am not alone.
