My name is Liz, and I am married with grown up children. I have anxiety symptoms, along with a little depression. I do not know what brought this on, but my theory is that it is menopause related. I wake in the night with sweats, and then it developed into insomnia with lots of anxiety surrounding it. I have been looking on this site for some time and find it reassuring to know other people are going through the same thing - it helps .
