Hey all, dont know if u remember me, i used to come on a while back, not been on for ages tho, so i thought id introduce meself again,
Im Kelley from St helens, im 27 with 2 kids, suffered from panic disorder for about 4 yrs now, not doin too bad at the mo tho :d

Stay on track and become even more solid by reading and following 100% the principals in a book you can get via internet called HOPE AND HELP FOR YOUR NERVES. It works!! Also stay away from sugar, alchol, caffeine, while flour...yes all the good stuff but it friggen helps so much. You deserve to enjoy those kids. good luck.
