dizziness and headaches

DIZZY & HEADACHES!!!!!! I am experiencing dizziness and headaches and it's been going on for a year now...some doctors have diagnosed me with vertigo but that is a symptom and not a decease. Does anyone else experience dizziness. Especially when I read or drive. I can't get rid of it and it is ruining my life. I am going through allot of stress in my life and thought it might be related but not sure. Please help

I haven't had experience with vertigo but with dizziness and headaches - yeah unfortunatly I have had both(and still do every once in a while)
I have found that my dizziness is from the way I breathe. It makes me feel alot better if I concentrate on breathing from the diaphram and not chest breathing and to not take such shallow breathes. The headaches I have are tension headaches. I have started relaxation and some meditation and that has helped alot.
I sure hope that you feel better soon.
