does any one else feel like this? I have been having a good afternoon at work playing a sneaky game with a collegue (not suposed to do that) but any way having a great laugh then all of a sudden i got a sinking feeling and though why am i having fun i should not be having fun i should be misserable! this is not right! then i started to panic!:ohmy:

You are suffering from guilt, very common and nothing to worry about. You feel that you don't deserve to be happy, and you get so conditioned to feeling sad that when happiness finally presents itself, even momentarily, you feel uneasy about it.

Thank you for this reading through those post was very helpful and i always think i have felt guilty but just didnt recognise it as a symptom!
