Im becoming quite a regular in here now :weep::weep:
For the past few days I have had this weird feeling in my head. Like I feel not so much tired but not being able to focus my eyes on anything and just wanting to lie on my bed with my head in my hands.
I just feel weak and not being able to look at the same thing for too long without my head starting to spin.
I thought it might be too much staring at the PC screen but Ive cut back and its still here :wacko:
The feeling isnt always here though it just comes on after a while and then may go away for a bit, like yesterday, I was fine till about 2pm then had this feeling until around 10pm, then I felt okay again.
Does anyone know what it may be?
If it is fatigue, How do I go about helping myself?
